The Autumn Reset is a beginner-friendly yoga & meditation retreat designed for people who are looking for a simple, restorative reset. It's time to step away, recharge, and enjoy nourishing practices alongside a soothing spa experience.
Gentle, restorative, and inclusive, this retreat provides the space to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself.
Just an hour north of Toronto, The Autumn Reset will be held at Warme Wellness in Tottenham — a serene retreat space set on two acres of landscaped grounds nestled in rolling hills. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, it’s a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover stillness.

Not at all. This retreat is designed to be beginner-friendly, with everything optional.
To reserve your spot, you must pay in full upon booking. If something changes with your availability, please let us know. No cancellation beyond November 1st.
Comfortable clothing for yoga practice, and a swimsuit & flip flops if you're using the spa facilities. You may bring your own yoga mat or use the ones provided. For exploring the area and moving between the practice area and the Spa Cabin, we suggest warm coats and comfortable walking shoes. Aside from that, any personal items you’d like for journaling or relaxation.
Yes — a nourishing lunch, coffee, teas, and snacks are included for day guests. Dinner and breakfast are also included for overnight guests.

We welcome you to invite a friend or loved one to join you. If staying overnight, please advise when booking if you are sharing accommodations.
This is your day, and you're in charge of participating or not in any activities. If you prefer to walk the grounds, read a book, or have time to yourself, please do what is best for you.
The retreat will be at Warme Wellness at 7247 2 Line, Tottenham, ON, about one hour north of Toronto. Day retreat guests may park in the visitor parking at 7247 2 Line or 7258 2 Line right across the street at the Villa.
