I've taught yoga & meditation for twelve years, and have had a personal practice for twenty+ years. However, for many of those years, my practice wasn't consistent. Then a few years ago I was diagnosed with cancer, and that's when my yoga and meditation practice shifted to a much deeper level. That daily, connected practice was instrumental in my healing journey, and I left my corporate career to share the life-changing wellness practices I've learned with others. Path to Inner Peace Meditation Course

Course Overview

7-Week Program

Each week will consist of three parts:
  1. Weekly discussion topic to build your meditation practice and knowledge. 
  2. Gentle yoga is shared as a moving meditation practice for you to connect to your body and tune in. 
  3. Guided meditation practices where different meditation styles are introduced so you can see which ones feel best for you.
Take the course at your own pace. The class content is pre-recorded and new classes will be made available weekly. I encourage you to stay with the weekly class schedule however, you may choose to go at your own slower pace, taking more than 7 weeks to complete the course.

Week 2: Meditation Changes Your Body
Week 3: Everything is Energy
Week 4: Chakras and Energy Centers
Week 5: Self-Love
Week 6: Being Responsive versus Reactive
Week 7: One Step at a Time

By the end of the course, you'll have established a consistent meditation practice and will have the tools to continue on your own. Moreover, you'll be well on your way to connecting to your inner peace.
